What To Expect From Each Session

Up to one hour with distances varying from 1500-2000m including a warm up/main set/cool down. Depending on attendance there will be 5-8 people in each lane. Lanes are varied by ability, so talk to a coach to see where you belong.

Our friendly and experienced coaches set training programs, and will help you improve your swimming technique.
